Domestic Shipping

• Delivery Time: We offer delivery throughout the UAE within 4-6 working days from the time your order is processed.
• Shipping Charges:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery service for orders above 100 AED.
  • Standard Shipping: A nominal shipping charge applies to orders under 100 AED.
• Payment Methods: You can choose to pay by:
  • Cash on Delivery (for UAE orders above 100 AED)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, Tabby)
• Order Confirmation & Invoice:
  • You will receive an invoice in the shipping confirmation email once your package has left our warehouse.
  • Note: Once issued, invoices cannot be modified.

International Shipping

• Customs Duties and Taxes: International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees based on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
